Providence Energy Operators

In 2015 Providence formed Providence Energy Operators, LLC (“PEO”), an exploration and production company primarily focused on direct investments in non-operated working interest assets. PEO’s principal strategy is to target, acquire and develop upstream oil and gas properties across the United States.

With over $1B in assets under management, PEO’s proven approach towards the acquisition and development of high-quality reserves has resulted in the assembly of a well-diversified portfolio or assets, built to withstand commodity price volatility and to provide its partners with superior, risk-adjusted returns.

PEO is invested in nearly every onshore basin throughout the U.S. and is actively seeking non-operated working interests and development joint-ventures, with best-in-class operators and in regions that build upon its existing knowledge base and technical expertise.
